Responsibilities

  • Assist in the preparation of yearly budgets for the Delivery line of business
  • Analyse monthly budgets vs actuals - provide meaningful feedback and propose corrective course of actions
  • Assist in preparation on monthly forecasts for the Delivery line of business
  • Analyse monthly forecast vs actuals - provide meaningful feedback and propose corrective course of actions
  • Work closely with Delivery business leaders and operations to understand the business plans/strategy and provide financial insights to help business leader’s optimise profits and make better sound decisions
  • Bridge the gaps between business operations and finance team, getting both to work together in reaching common goals
  • Providing technical expertise and advise on financial related matters where necessary
  • Assist in overall financial planning and cash flow management for the Delivery Business line
  • Analyze trends, benchmarks and in-depth market research applicable to the Delivery line of business and industry
  • Analyze financial reconciliation data (differences between business vs actual financial data), identify gaps and recommend areas for improvement
  • Implement and coordinate ad-hoc finance business initiatives (eg: driving digitalization to increase efficiency and accuracy of the finance process and reports)
  • Assist and support in strengthening and improving of finance internal control and processes across the Group

Desired Skills & Experience

  • At least 4 years experience in financial field (experience in FP&A would be an added advantage)
  • Problem solver and good in time management
  • Ability to analyse financial information
  • Ability to work under pressure & work in a tight timeline given
  • Ability to work as a team with a collaborative management style
  • Attention to detail
  • Able to work independently with confidence
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
