Reporting to Culture Manager, you will assist with running onboarding, employee engagement and employer branding. Much of this will involve promoting AirAsia’s culture and its Allstar values. It will also cover themes such as cultural festivals, external recognition of AirAsia’s achievements and community programmes.

  • Assist in organising internal engagement events

  • Design & post content for engagement events (write ups, posters and videos)

  • Assist with monthly onboarding

  • Organise office tours for new hire/visitors

Skills required

  • Strong communication skills in English, both written and spoken

  • Well verse with Google Suite, Google Meet / Zoom and able to emcee/host events (when required)

  • Good at copywriting

  • Able to multitask and work well under pressure

  • Designing artwork/videos for Workplace content
