  • Design, develop or repurpose course contents through e-Learning authoring software (iSpring)

  • Design and develop storyboards to streamline design and development of e-Contents and e-Assessments

  • Manage and execute the complete process of design, development, and delivery of e-Content and e-Assessment through LMS

  • Design and develop multimedia content such as videos and 3D graphics for e-Content and department related materials

  • Work with subject matter experts and identify target audience’s training needs

  • Apply sound instructional design principles to the development of effective and efficient e-Learning modules

  • Develop micro-learning modules, including video content, for the company’s just-in-time learning

  • Takes accountability in considering business and regulatory compliance risks and takes appropriate steps to mitigate the risks

  • Maintains awareness of industry trends on regulatory compliance, emerging threats, and technologies in order to understand the risk and better safeguard the company

  • Highlights any potential concerns /risks and proactively share best risk management practices

  • Other responsibilities entailed


  • Possess a Degree in Multimedia Design

  • Has around 3 years of experience in instructional design, e-Learning authoring tools (iSpring Max Suite), video production (inclusive of post-production), and developing animations using Microsoft PowerPoint, and 3D modeling software.

  • Strong creative skills and knowledge of UI/UX design and animations

  • Experience in education-related gaming and gamification will be strongly preferred

  • Experience in Marketing & product branding is a plus

  • Experience with AR, VR, or 3D graphics is a plus

  • An understanding of user experience and behavior design

  • Able to operate with minimal supervision

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Strong project management skills

  • Degree holders in Multimedia Design with excellent command of English are encouraged to apply

  • High level of integrity, takes accountability of work and good attitude over teamwork

  • Takes initiative to improve the current state of things and is adaptable to embrace new changes
